Jen joined Ashtons in 2013 as an integral part of our St Albans Sales team, where she enjoyed helping many people on their property journey. In 2024, Jen took her expertise to the Ashwell team. Her calm and diligent approach helps ensure we provide the best service possible to our clients. Outside of work, Jen loves to keep fit and enjoys going to the gym and on family walks in the countryside.

Actively working within the property industry for 30 years, Karl is renowned for his expertise and pioneering approach, clearly demonstrated by his success as owner and Managing Director of Ashtons - a multi-award winning, Hertfordshire based estate agency, who has helped 1000’s of clients each year fulfil their property aspirations.
Many of Karl’s clients found the myriad of mortgage and service products from general financial advisors confusing. Ashwell Mortgage Services was created to be a specialist in solely providing unrivalled mortgage advice, to source the best product for each individual’s needs from the many hundreds of differing products in the market.

Sam joined Ashwell Mortgage Services in 2023 having been in the property industry for 10 years, 8 of which as a Mortgage Advisor. Sam assists clients throughout the mortgage process and with full market access is able to ensure they obtain the best possible mortgage product available to them. She prides herself on building excellent relationships with clients and supporting them through their move journey. Sam has an excellent knowledge of the local area having lived in Hertfordshire all her life. In her spare time Sam enjoys socialising with friends and family, cooking and experimenting with different foods.
